Energy Modelling

A preliminary layout of the system is designed, then detailed energy modelling of the system with real weather data is ran. Parametric study can be made to see the variations in solar generation and battery usage versus load consumption. System sizing can be determined without or without financial modelling.

Financial Modelling

In conjunction with the data from energy modelling, project financials can be modelled with CAPEX, OPEX, incentives, taxes, equity and debt inputs. Output data such as IRR, payback, NPV, cashflow, ROI etc. can be studied with parametric analysis. Projection duration can be varied from 1 to 25 years.

Design and Engineering

Engineering covers a wide range of services which may include site survey, proposals, consultation, design, drafting, PE stamping, permitting, interconnection application, equipment selection, costing, drone mapping, underground survey, soil survey, structural survey, and electrical survey.

Procurement and Construction

Procurement of suitable and available equipment, hardware, software, and shipping. Construction is done with partner general contractors and installers. The client is to sign the installation contract with the construction company directly.

Contract Closure

Per the construction contract requirement, a 3rd party inspection and auditing may be required to close the contract. Parkside provides inspection and auditing services for mechanical, substantial, and final completion of the installation.

Project Financing

If the project owner requires more funding, Parkside can help the project to seek suitable equity and loan sources to bridge the funding gap.
